The IG squad convinced me to upload a special video today! we're looking at a full goalkeeper workout session covering what I think are some of the most important areas for keepers, core strength, technique and leg strength.
Make sure to pay close attention to all the drills and remember when it comes to workouts you get what you put in so ALWAYS give 100%!!!
